We are a like-minded and growing community of seafood lovers. Our food is inspired by authentic Mexican flavors to create a wondrous experience for all our guests. We strive to give innovative twists to all our classic dishes. Our most famous dish is the sushi roll which includes the Tocino Roll, Carne Asada Roll, and Pollo Asada Roll. We use molten Monterey cheese, avocado, and Serrano peppers to enhance the taste of these rolls. The Tocino Roll is our signature dish and resembles wrapped fish, just like sushi. It is chock-a-block full of shrimp with a sweet and spicy sauce. It is wrapped in bacon and cut into thin slices. The roll is extremely tasty and sumptuous. It is a delight to the taste buds of millennials who love to experiment with food. The Carne Asada roll has steak, while the Pollo Asada roll has chicken to give customers more options. Our rolls are served along with a plate of lemon-fried onions. The grill-fried onions tease and tickle the palate and heighten the experience of enjoying the best Mexican sushi rolls.

How It All Began?
Our story begins with a dream, a Craigslist ad, a click of a button, and a trip to Tijuana-Mexico where our first Mexican sushi cart was purchased in 2010. And it is so, that in 2011 our sushi cart once known as “Sushi-Island” transformed itself into who we are today, “EL SUSHI LOCO”. HUMBLE BEGINNINGS
Our liaison with assorted sushi commenced in 1989 when we began our restaurant with a dream. A Craigslist ad and a trip to Tijuana-Mexico led to the fruition of our first Mexican sushi cart. We purchased it in the year 2010.

2011
Break through
What began as a small sushi cart slowly transformed into a ‘Sushi Island.’ Today, it is known as EL SUSHI LOCO. We offer delicious food in a pleasant ambiance.

The success of our restaurant has manifested wonderfully as we continue to open new restaurants in diverse locations.
